We will diversify the investments to office buildings located in major cities in Japan such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, and Fukuoka to pursue the advantages of the portfolio investment. We will aim to achieve stable returns in the mid to long term, and will compare and examine whether we will continue to hold or sell any of the properties by analyzing the market value of each property and maximize the total sum of income gains and capital gains
